We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who's ready to jump in and get the job done. If you know your way around engines and aren't afraid to get dirty, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on trucks, trailer, and small equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and get things running again
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) during slow repair periods
- Keep our machines and our worksite moving
What You Bring:
- Solid mechanical know-how (formal license not required)
- Experience with tools, engines, and troubleshooting
- Ability to safely operate heavy machinery
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
