The Schedule: Designed for Work-Life Balance

- Every Week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in the patient journey. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Clinical Excellence: Providing top-tier clinical assistance across a dynamic range of specialized orthodontic procedures.
- Patient Advocacy: Serving as a welcoming, reassuring guide for our patients and families, communicating treatment plans with clarity and warmth.
- Operational Standards: Maintaining pristine sterilization protocols and an exceptionally organized clinical environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Current Registration and Licensure with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) as a Certified Dental Assistant.
- Specialization: Successfully completed Orthodontic Module.
- Attributes: A solution-oriented, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for working with children, teens, and families.
