Position Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for a variety of HR administrative functions such as keeping track of employee records and supporting the recruitment process. The Human Resources Coordinator will contribute to the attainment of goals of the HR department and the organization. The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for internal and external recruitment initiatives
- Conduct full cycle recruitment (external & internal) which includes but is not limited to posting, pre-screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checks
- Maintain applicant candidate information in ADP
- Create and update job descriptions and job postings
- Obtain new hire documents
- Process background checks and credit checks
- Set up employee files accurately
- Process client specific clearances as required
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
- Redirect HR calls and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member
- Update and record employee information in ADP
- Manage company assets
- Provide employment letters to employees as requested
- Other HR related tasks, as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- College diploma in Human Resources
- Experience with M365,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
