Precision Mechanical Is currently seeking experienced Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team. Full time, camp supplied, fly in/fly out from Calgary or Edmonton, schedule is 14/14. Competitive wages with overtime pay after 8hrs per day and 44hrs per week.
This is a field position in active mine sites north of Fort McMurray. The ideal candidate would have a diverse understanding of various kinds of heavy equipment (Rock Trucks, Loaders, Skidsteers, Dozers, Excavators, Shovels, Etc). Looking for a team player that is self-motivated, requires minimal supervision and can interact with our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow procedures and safe work practices
- Complete and submit daily service reports, FLHA’s, pre/post trips
- Troubleshoot and repair of rock trucks, haul trucks, dozers, excavators, packers, graders, loaders and other various types of support equipment.

Requirements:
- 3+ Years with an HET Journeymen Certificate/RedSeal (Off-Road)
- On-Road Journeymen Certificate is considered an asset
- Previous mine site experience is an asset

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

- 3 or more years as a HET Red Seal/Journeyperson(Off Road) (required)
