Our client is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join their growing team.
You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensure they achieve their goals with the
platform, and identify opportunities to grow and renew accounts. This is a permanent, fully
remote position based in Toronto - ideal if you're seeking flexibility without sacrificing

Position Overview
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the trusted advisor for your assigned
clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for their needs.
You'll own the complete customer journey - from onboarding and training through to
renewal and expansion. Your work directly influences customer retention, revenue growth,
and the company's international expansion. This role is critical to the business and offersgenuine opportunity to make a real impact on both customer success and company
growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new customers, ensuring they understand the platform and
achieve early wins
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client
portfolio
- Manage account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and upsell potential
- Drive renewal conversations and negotiate contract extensions with existing clients
- Reduce customer churn by proactively addressing concerns and demonstrating
ongoing value
- Advocate for customer needs internally, feeding insights back to product and sales
teams
- Track and report on key performance metrics including renewal rates, growth
targets and churn
- Collaborate across teams - working closely with sales, product and support in a
startup setting
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current with industry trends affecting
your clients
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute flexibly where needed to support
team goals
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or related
customer-facing roles
- Proven track record managing a book of business and hitting renewal and growth
targets
- Previous agency experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Intercom or Click Up (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly in major
European markets
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and a practical "can-do" approach
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs
