Sales Associate / Mobile Phone Specialist (Part-Time)
Cellular Magician / Record Works – Woodstock, ON
Cellular Magician is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our Woodstock location inside Record Works.

Position
Part-Time – Approximately 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Sell smartphones, accessories, and repair services.
- Ring up customer transactions accurately.
- Perform data transfers and basic phone setup.
- Assist the repair technician with daily workflow.
- Answer customer questions and recommend the best solutions.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is sales-oriented and enjoys helping customers find the right products.
- Understands smartphones, tablets, and mobile technology.
- Has experience working in the cell phone repair or wireless industry (preferred).
- Is comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Is dependable, organized, and works well in a team.
- Can multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Experience
- Cell phone repair shop
- Wireless carrier or mobile phone retail
- Electronics retail
- Data transfers and device setup
