Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive team environment.
- Implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
