Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys working with children with autism and communication delays to join our collaborative clinic team.
This position offers excellent hourly compensation, flexible scheduling, and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on providing great care to children and families.

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy for pediatric clients
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder and communication delays
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence based approaches
- Collaborate with OTs and Behaviour Consultants on shared goals
- Provide coaching and support for parents to encourage home carryover
- Supervise SLP assistants when appropriate
- Maintain documentation using JaneApp clinic management software
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys working with children and values collaboration.
You are someone who:
- Is registered or eligible for registration with CSHBC (R-SLP)
- Has experience supporting children with autism or developmental communication challenges
- Enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team
- Values flexibility, independence, and a supportive clinic culture
- Is compassionate, organized, and family focused
