Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional tutor to provide to aid with the render of our assessment programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, patient, well presented, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic success and confidence while navigating a front line customer service role with high profile clienteles.
Duties
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in Mathematics and English exams
- Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding progress and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and student achievements
- Support students in developing study skills, organization, and confidence
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with classroom experience
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
- Ability to work effectively with children and young learners of diverse backgrounds
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education
- Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans and track progress
- Ability to create a supportive environment that encourages student engagement and success
- Customer Service skill is a must
Pay: $37.00-$38.00 per hour
