Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor management activities
- Support office supply procurement and maintain inventory levels
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate effective communication across departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, vendor management, and basic budgeting
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior office experience including front desk responsibilities is highly desirable
