Seeking to hire an energetic and reliable budtender to join our team. Part-time and Full time positions available. Must have Cannsell license, Police background check and reliable transportation.
BUDTENDER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Competently checking IDs from every customer 25 and under
- Assisting customers to make informed choices and responsible consumption practices, in-person, online, and over the phone
- Assisting customers in picking the appropriate product and providing excellent customer service throughout their entire experience.
- Constantly staying informed on different trends, upcoming products and cannabis knowledge in order to provide the highest level of customised guest service and experience
- Assisting with store maintenance, including stocking shelves, merchandising, cleaning, sanitizing, and general tidying of spaces
- Supporting and participating in store opening and closing checklists
- Assisting with, and participating in, other duties including making note of and communicating out-of-stock, customer requests, organising the stockroom, and counting inventory
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, practices, operating standards, and applicable government legislation.
- Flexibility between the shifts MUST be available weekends between 10am-10pm
