Job Description
Buvette Restaurant & Winebar is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Burlington, ON. This position will be responsible working the protein/sauce station primarily. ordering, creating features, and managing the team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who enjoys being a part of a team.
Qualifications
Chef's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and other staff.
- Able to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Experience with PLC computer systems preferred.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
- Shifts start 2pm-midnight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
