A leading staffing company is looking for a Field Marketer with staffing industry experience to drive marketing efforts and build client relationships through door-to-door outreach. This role requires a fluent English speaker with strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. A reliable car is required for local travel to networking events, job fairs, client meetings, and door-to-door marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote staffing services and generate leads.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and job candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, candidates, and key partners.
- Represent the company at local networking events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Marketer, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
- Must have a reliable car for local travel and door-to-door marketing.
- G2 or G License (Required).
