We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Surrey, BC team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Position Overview
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, order management, production support, shipping and receiving, and event assistance. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Surrey location.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Create customer mockups and work orders for customer review and approval
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Communicate order updates, timelines, and product information to customers
- Stay informed about current product offerings, merchandise trends, and new products
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Calgary Head Office
- Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and project documentation
- Assist with supplier and vendor communications
- Support day-to-day office and operational activities as required
- Assist with apparel production activities including heat pressing, vinyl cutting, order preparation, and quality checks
- Support event activations, and registration nights
- Help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Receive, unpack, count, sort, fold, size, and prepare products for customer orders
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and stock management
- Safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and products
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Preferred Qualifications
The following are considered assets but are not required:
- Experience with CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace, or order management systems
- Experience supporting events, production, or shipping and receiving operations
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional evening or weekend participation in events may be required

Compensation
- Starting salary: From $40,000 per year
