Salary: $23.25/hour + Overnight Premium

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Housekeeping Support Associate (Overnight) with a passion for hospitality to join our Housekeeping team—someone who is goal-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love making guests feel welcome and addressing their needs, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you should be organized and proactive with an attention to detail. Familiarity with the many different cleaning supplies and tools, minor plumbing and HVAC system knowledge is essential to taking care of our hotel’s rooms and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Inspect the hotel regularly to ensure it meets cleanliness and safety standards. Participate in routine inspection of building exterior and interior to ensure compliance.
✅Arrange for routine cleaning in some hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g., staff room, bathrooms, gym, laundry room).
✅Organize housekeeping carts and stock rooms in a manner that does not disturb guests..
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service—going the extra mile is what we do best.
✅ Distribute and work with linen delivery company to organize and distribute to linen rooms in a neat and organized manner.
✅Ensure guest requests are delivered/resolved in a timely manner.
✅ Communicate professionally in person, phone and via email, handling all team and guest interactions with the highest quality of service and professionalism, owning guest issues through to resolution and accommodating requests whenever possible.
✅ Collaborate with departments (Night Audit Maintenance and Front Desk) to meet guest needs.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, back-of-house, and public areas, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members.
✅ Flexibly support back-of-house operations as needed, including inventory checks, room checks.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and linen; hotel industry experience is a plus.
✔ A friendly, positive, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and wanting to resolve any issues guests experience.
✔ Strong multitasking and problem-solving aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs.
✔ A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
✔ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
✔ Regular access to a reliable smartphone for work purposes.
✔ In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
✔ Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift and/or carry heavier items.
✔ Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
