Position Type: Full time seasonal (Feb 1st - Dec 15th weather dependent)

- You will be mentored in all required hard and softscape install techniques using the latest equipment in a safe and efficient manner for a quality finished product.

- You will arrive at work each day ready to execute the company mission and vision using the company values as a guide for an awesome customer experience and a great working environment.
Desired Professional and Personal Qualifications:
Personal:
- Team orientated outlook
- A willingness and desire to learn, and follow instruction

- Able to work productively without supervision
- Detail orientated
Professional:
- Experience in installing hard and softscapes is desirable (2 years preferred)
- Valid Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- Must have own transportation
- Level 1 First Aid an asset
- Able to work overtime as required
- Aptitude for using power tools in a safe and effective manner
- Machinery experience (skid steers, excavator)
- Hard working
- Physically fit (able to lift 80lbs consistently and for long duration's)
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
Rewards: Red Seal Landscape Horticulturalist Journeyman apprenticeships and full company health benefit package available after completion of three months service. Family friendly environment, regular performance reviews, two weeks paid vacation, overtime pay, under budget project bonus pay, five unpaid vacation days/yr besides stat holidays, medical and dental benefits package, five paid sick days, endless opportunities for advancement. Base starting wage of $23-36/hr pending level of experience plus additional compensation added based on completed years in apprenticeship program and Job bonuses.
