Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for managing quality-related issues, whether they arise internally or within the Quality Assurance department. The incumbent works closely with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Methods, Inspection, and Purchasing.

Manage the follow-up of non-conformities and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).

Investigate and analyze non-conformities identified internally (manufacturing) and externally (suppliers).

Ensure compliance with the 5 Whys root cause analysis process for non-conformities.
-
Issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.

Prepare and distribute monthly reports on CAR and 5 Whys activities.

Manage supplier quality evaluations.
-
Analyze and communicate updates to customer specifications.
-
Manage the quality stamp control process.
-
Maintain and control quality records and archives.

Participate in the implementation of corrective actions resulting from customer quality audits.

Perform all duties in accordance with the company's vision, values, and code of ethics.

Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.

Follow and comply with the company's Quality Policy and Quality Management System.
Decision-Making Authority
-
Distribute Quality Management System documentation.

Initiate corrective and preventive actions within the Integrated Management System (IMS).
-
Stop production if a risk of non-conformity is identified. The final decision will be made by the Site Quality Manager.

Suspend an operator's qualification when required.

Escalate any product or personnel safety concerns to the Site Quality Manager.
Your Profile
-
College diploma (DEC) in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Experience in Quality Assurance or within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards is considered an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of machining and assembly techniques.
-
Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.

Ability to prepare factual, accurate, concise, and well-structured reports.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, versatile, and personable.

Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
