Job Title: Product Owner

Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will define product vision, manage product backlogs, and work closely with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value.
- Support digital transformation, modernization, regulatory, and compliance-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to deliver customer, citizen, or patient-focused solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide product direction to delivery teams.
- Ensure product features align with governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Support successful product delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments is required.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, governance, and risk management requirements.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to define product vision and roadmap strategies.
- Experience managing product backlogs and user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
