247 Fulfillment is hiring a full-time Warehouse Packer / Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing fulfillment team.
This role will mainly support one of our high-volume premium cookware accounts. The work involves picking, packing, labeling, moving product, preparing orders for shipment, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
This is a hands-on warehouse role. You must be reliable, fast, physically capable, and able to work with care and accuracy. Some items are heavier, so you must be comfortable with repeated lifting, standing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
Our current warehouse is in Vaughan, but we are relocating to Mississauga soon. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to both locations.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack ecommerce orders accurately
- Pack cookware and heavier products safely and professionally
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup
- Move boxes, cartons, and product throughout the warehouse
- Help receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Keep packing stations clean, organized, and supplied
- Follow company packing standards and client requirements
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to management
- Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy
- Help with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must be able to commute to Vaughan now and Mississauga after the move
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving boxes regularly
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures
- Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience is preferred
- Forklift experience is a bonus but not required
