Technical Sales Support Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment focused on electronic device repair and solutions.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving technical problems, and recommending the right products and services based on customer needs. Experience with smartphones, tablets, computers, and consumer electronics is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical questions, device issues, and service recommendations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers
- Support customers through the repair process with clear communication and updates
- Recommend repair solutions, accessories, and service options based on customer needs
- Perform device inspections, testing, and basic repairs following company procedures
- Maintain accurate repair records, customer information, and inventory tracking
- Support day-to-day retail operations including merchandising and customer service
- Work collaboratively with technicians and management to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong interest in technology, electronics, and customer support
- Experience troubleshooting Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS devices
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail or service environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic device repair or technical support is considered an asset
- Ability to use hand tools for device disassembly and reassembly is an asset
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule Requirements
Applicants must be available to work during store operating hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
