Lead RDA / Endodontic Assistant

The Pines Endodontics is a modern, specialty endodontic practice focused on exceptional patient care, strong team culture, and creating an environment people genuinely love being part of. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, team-focused assistant who is excited to step into a leadership-style role within a growing specialty office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures
- Helping create smooth clinical flow and organization
- Preparing operatories and maintaining sterilization protocols
- Inventory management and ordering support
- Supporting a positive, team-first environment
- Helping us build strong systems as the practice grows
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Endodontic experience is an asset, but personality and attitude matter just as much
- Organized, dependable, proactive, and adaptable
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mentality
- Leadership mindset and willingness to grow

Schedule:
- Starting at 3–4 days per week

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Dental Assisting Licence (preferred)
