As a member of the Artic Shine Services team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional gutter and window cleaning services to residential and commercial customers across the West Island. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently cleaning gutters, windows, and related areas, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. Duties
- Gutter Cleaning: Safely remove debris from gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper water flow and preventing potential damage to clients' properties.
- Window Cleaning: Clean both the interior and exterior of windows to remove dirt, grime, and stains, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure a streak-free finish. (DI water tank)
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction with the services provided.
- Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights, including the use of ladders, or other equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and safely.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for cleaning tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Property Protection: Take precautions to protect clients' property and landscaping while performing cleaning tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to complete jobs on time and to the highest standards.
- Travel to Job Sites: Arrive on time at various residential properties throughout the West Island.
- Report Issues: Notify supervisors of any property damage, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues that may arise during cleaning.
- Ensure Quality Control: Conduct quality checks after completing each job to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Training will be provided on all aspects of the job, including gutter and window cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
- Candidates should have a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and an ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
