Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighbourhoods
- Engage residents in professional and respectful conversations
- Educate community members about campaign goals and initiatives
- Inspire participation and support through effective communication
- Accurately collect and record participant information
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Represent the organization professionally at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Previous customer service, sales, fundraising, or outreach experience is an asset but not required
