The Opportunity
SC Education is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of an Admissions Advisor. This role is works at our modern office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A professional sales and skills development training program is provided to successful applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates for college programs in a compliant and professional manner
- Respond to student inquiries from potential candidates,
- Contact warm leads supplied by the college in a timely manner;
- Provide program information, guidance, and assistance to students
- Completing and following-up on the student enrollment process
- Attend occasional community events and trade shows
- Updating and maintaining the company CRM / recruiting software
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary degree (preferred)
- Sales experience: Minimum of 3 years B2B or B2C selling experience
- Telemarketing experience would be an asset
- Individuals with sales skills training and professional selling are an asset
- Ambitious and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a positive supportive team member
- Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment
Wages and Benefits
- Base Salary of $40k annually plus an industry leading commission plan. Target remuneration range achieved by most advisors is $55,000 – $80,000
