East Penn Canada's Langley branch is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to act as a primary support person for our industrial field sales division. This person will play a major role in sales and administration support for the branch and will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to ensure both internal and external customers are consistently receiving the highest level of service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of coordination between customers, sales teams, operations, and head office to ensure smooth day to day service delivery
- Manage the full order lifecycle for local and national customers, including order entry, tracking, transfers, and follow up
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, changes, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Collaborate with head office sales and service support teams to ensure orders, transfers, and invoices are completed within expected timelines
- Coordinate all product movement including both delivery and retrieval of goods from customer sites
- Coordinate and schedule installations and dispatch field service technicians or sub-contractors to customer sites
- Provide issue resolution support if problems arise during delivery or installation of products
- Prepare and issue invoices and service billings, ensuring all required documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to branch activities to maintain efficient daily operations
- Support workplace health and safety activities and assist with related administrative requirements
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a sales support, order administration, or operations support role requiring regular customer interactions
- Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to maintain a positive, customer focused approach in all interactions
- Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence handling a high volume of customer inquiries with exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work with urgency in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and follow through skills
- Comfortable identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and contributing to timely resolutions
- Ability to remain composed and solution focused when dealing with escalations or time sensitive requests
- Strong proficiency with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems – applicants with Salesforce experience will be given preference
- Previous exposure to warehousing, distribution, or inventory environments is considered an asset
- Experience supporting industrial product sales is considered an asset

- Expected hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually (exact annual salary offered to the successful applicant will be determined by the candidate's experience, education, related knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data)
