Job Description: Solution Integration (SI) Detail Architect
Location: Montreal OR Toronto
Assignment Length - 6 to 12 Months
Work Type: 3-4 days from Office & 1-2 days from Home

Role Descriptions:
1. HLD LLD Design Execution
Convert high-level architecture into detailed LLD artifacts| including:
O Integration flows
o Sequence diagrams
o Interface specifications and data mappings Ensure clarity for development and testing teams________________________________________
2. Integration Design & Delivery
Design and document:
oAPI integrations (REST/SOAP)
oSystem-to-system data flowsoEvent-driven or batch integration patterns
Support integration across telecom systems such as:
oCRM / Order Management
oBilling / Usage systems
oOSS / Inventory platforms________________________________________
3. Telecom Domain Application
Work across one or more areas:
oWireless usage / CDR / billing flows
oInventory / provisioning systems
Apply understanding of:
oOSS/BSS interactions
oEnd-to-end service lifecycle (order usage billing)________________________________________
4. Error Handling & Data Integrity
Define and document:
oError handling and retry mechanisms
oData validation and reconciliation approaches Ensure reliability of integration flows________________________________________
5. Collaboration & Delivery Support
Work with:
oSolution Architects
oDevelopment and QA teams
oBusiness and domain stakeholders
Support design clarifications| issue resolution| and delivery timelines
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in:
oSystem Integration / SI architecture or design o HLD to LLD conversion and technical design documentation Hands-on with:
oAPIs (REST/SOAP)| microservices
oIntegration patterns (event-driven| batch| synchronous/asynchronous)________________________________________
Telecom Experience
Experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments Exposure to at least one area: oWireless usage / billing (CDR| rating)
oInventory / provisioning systems________________________________________
Design & Documentation
Ability to produce:
oLLD documents| integration flows| and interface designs
Strong communication and documentation skills________________________________________
Good to HaveExperience across both usage and inventory domains
Exposure to TM Forum (eTOM| SID| Open APIs)
Experience with Canadian telecom clients (Bell| Rogers| TELUS)
