Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman
$32.00 – $34.00 per hour
35–40 Hours Per Week
We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable, experienced, and highly skilled full-time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is capable of handling a wide variety of residential maintenance and renovation tasks.
Requirements:
- Must have your own truck/van
- Must have your own tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience preferred
- Must be dependable, organized, and professional with tenants and staff
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Full-time availability
Skills Required:
Candidate must be experienced in:
- Painting
- Drywall repair and installation
- Flooring installation
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Door installation and repairs
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- General carpentry
- Property repairs and maintenance
- Lawn care and exterior maintenance
- General handyman work
- “Everything and anything” maintenance related
- Yearly inspections of Residential properties
