Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
