Our company is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Administrator to handle claims and repair scheduling. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and streamlined operations, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting in administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and responsible for processing repair requests and managing claims.
- Monitor and track repair request workflows to ensure timely completion and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Bookkeeping for claims and general operations.
- Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and suppliers to schedule repairs efficiently and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate repair cost calculations and bookkeeping, maintaining meticulous records.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on repair request status, claim performance, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a repair or maintenance-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of repair processes, insurance claims, and cost auditing.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as repair management systems and accounting software.
