Our platform helps simplify how international students pay tuition while making it easier for universities and colleges to manage payments.
We currently work with 700+ higher-education institutions across Canada and the United States, supporting students from 180+ countries and over 130 currencies worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to help strengthen and expand our partnerships within the higher education sector.

Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with higher-education institutions
- Driving client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Conducting annual account reviews with institutional stakeholders
- Representing PayMyTuition at industry events and conferences
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence product improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales
- Experience working with higher education institutions is considered an asset
- Experience in fintech, payment processing, SaaS, or ecommerce solutions is beneficial
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle (PeopleSoft, Cloud), Ellucian (Banner, Colleague), Workday, or Jenzabar is an asset

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across organizations
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
