This is a hands-on position where you'll use brazing torches and specialized equipment to join copper components with precision. Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Read drawings and work orders
- Set up and operate brazing equipment
- Prepare and braze copper assemblies
- Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production paperwork and move finished products to staging areas
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For
✅ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
✅ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✅ Manufacturing, brazing, welding, or assembly experience is an asset
✅ High school diploma
