What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications:
Valid OMVIC License or willingness to obtain one
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, sales, and/or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic with a positive, self-motivated attitude
Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Your Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right Volkswagen vehicle for their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Maintain knowledge of Volkswagen products, financing, and current promotions & competitors
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
