Build a New Cleaning Company From the Beginning
Maidora is seeking an experienced Residential Cleaning Team Lead who enjoys both cleaning homes and leading people. This is a working supervisor position where you'll spend most of your day inside clients' homes while coordinating daily operations, supporting teammates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As one of Maidora's early team members, you'll help establish quality standards, mentor cleaners, and contribute to building a company focused on outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional residential cleaning services alongside your team
- Lead a crew of two or three cleaners during daily appointments
- Ensure every home meets Maidora's quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after appointments
- Coordinate daily schedules using our field management software
- Train, coach, and support new cleaners
- Maintain efficiency while ensuring attention to detail
- Resolve minor on-site issues and communicate with management when needed
- Transport equipment and supplies between client locations
Required Experience
Residential house cleaning experience is mandatory.
Applicants should have previous experience working for a professional residential cleaning or maid service.
Please note that experience limited to:
- Hotel housekeeping
- Commercial janitorial services
- Office cleaning
- Industrial cleaning
- Building maintenance
will not be considered equivalent to residential house cleaning experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Canadian driver's licence
- Reliable personal vehicle available for work travel
- Clean driving record
- Eligible to pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and well organized
- Physically able to lift and carry professional cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums
- Available Monday through Friday beginning around 9:00 AM until the day's schedule is completed

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
- No evening shifts
- Weekend work available occasionally if desired
