We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who is great at communication, comfortable making calls, and ready to grow in the automotive sales industry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound & follow-up calls
- G or G2 License is mandatory
- Willing to obtain OMVIC License (training provided)
- Previous OMVIC experience is an asset
- Active on social media & comfortable creating reels/content
- Willing to learn sales & negotiation skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling and following up with hot leads provided
- Training in automotive sales & negotiation
- Assisting customers with inquiries and appointments
- Creating engaging social media reels and content
- Picking up and dropping off licensing/documentation when required
- Supporting daily dealership operations
COMPENSATION:
- Base allowance: $600 – $1,000 (depending on experience)
- OR $1,200 – $1,500 if you already have OMVIC experience
- PLUS commission on every vehicle sold
- High earning potential with performance
