Summary:
Our salon is in search of top-talent to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4+ years of proven experience as a Nail Technician in a high-volume salon.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 4+ year of experience in nail services, including:
- Classic Manicure & Pedicure
- Russian/Combination Manicure & SMART Pedicure
- Nail extensions (tips and forms; acrylic, polygel/acrygel, hard and soft gel)
- Nail art
- Demonstrated ability to stay on schedule and complete client services on time
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of proper sanitization and disinfection practices according to Niagara Region Health Department
- Keep an organized, clean, and sanitized work area at all times
- Disinfect tools, instruments, and implements in between every client in accordance with the rules and regulations of Niagara Region Health Department
- Promptly discard one-time use materials (nail files, buffers, sanding bands, pododisks, etc.)
- Maintain professionalism at all times and provide our clients with white-glove customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Be respectful of our clients' time by working on schedule
- Customer-focused service to ensure the highest client satisfaction
- Assess nails and surrounding skin to prescribe the most appropriate service(s) and product(s)
- Work collaboratively as a part of a team, and work independently
- Pay attention to detail
- Precisely create durable and aesthetically pleasing nails i.e. you must be able to create nails with the perfect structure, have in-depth knowledge of proper apex placement and proper architecture, and execute perfect shaping of the nails
- Must be able to execute perfect cuticle work while maintaining the health and integrity of the natural nail plate
