Summary of key functions:
- Daily work involves negotiations and approving rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner, ensuring terms of lease agreements are met. Must be able to communicate effectively with all internal departments including the advertising, maintenance, and leasing departments.
- Conduct showings, target inspections, move-in and move-out inspections
- Review tenant applications for suitable tenancy
- Meet with owners and conduct a first site review report, take photos for advertising, write up property description, receive and handle property keys and controllers, show the property to prospective tenants, encourage tenant applications, approve tenants.
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections, target inspections, move-in and move-out inspections of the property.
- Keep owners updated on the progress of finding a suitable tenant with feedback and suggestions.
- Post notification of 24hrs and 14-day eviction notices
- Tasks may involve dealing with the owner and tenant disputes, assisting with complaints and escalations
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients/owners
- Develop and maintain processes that are focused on improvements to service delivery
