Accountant
Stability. Structure. Growth with Impact.
ODRA is a growing North American manufacturer with operations across Canada and the United States. As demand for our equipment continues to rise, we're entering a new phase of growth-expanding our footprint while continuing to build the internal systems and structure needed to support it.
We manufacture high-quality street sweeping equipment for municipalities, contractors, and industrial operations, backed by a strong reputation for reliability and long-term performance.
Our growth is steady, but it's also evolving. As the business scales, our operations are becoming more complex-including multi-entity and cross-border activity-creating meaningful opportunities to strengthen processes, improve visibility, and build a more mature financial foundation.
ODRA offers a practical, team-focused environment where people take ownership, adapt to change, and play a hands-on role in shaping how the business operates as it continues to grow.
