Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment while ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires a passion for food and hospitality, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure all food safety and handling regulations are followed, maintaining high standards of sanitation.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
Skills
- Open wine table side
- proper table maitnence
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food service protocols.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Ability to suggest menu items confidently while providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
