As Service Account Manager (After-market), your key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end customer aftermarket repair and navigation data programs for assigned accounts.
- Drive value-based pricing, quoting, and contract alignment.
- Ensure revenue, margin, and on-time delivery performance.
- Lead customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Maintain compliance with aviation, business, and international trade regulations.
- Oversee KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Steer cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and remove operational constraints.
How to excel in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the avionics, maintenance, or related industries.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Experience interacting with various levels of departments on a daily basis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to manage customer accounts worldwide.
