Hours: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
Status: Full-Time
What You'll Do
Perform MIG/Stick welding and precision plasma cutting on heavy machinery, waste containers, and disposal equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders to complete structural repairs and custom fabrications.
Inspect completed work for structural integrity, quality, and precision.
Maintain shop safety standards and keep tools and workstations organized.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on welding and plasma cutting experience (preferably in heavy industrial or waste management environments).
Work Ethic: Highly responsible, dependable, and dedicated to delivering quality work.
Punctuality: Exceptional time management skills with a consistent history of arriving on time every day.
