We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to help run our warehouse operations day to day. This role combines hands-on warehouse work — picking, packing, and moving materials to support project and sales orders — with responsibility for coordinating workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and mentoring other warehouse staff.
You'll work closely with our Logistics Coordinator and Inventory Coordinator to keep material flow on track, and report directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize daily warehouse workflow, coordinating tasks across the warehouse team
- Pick parts accurately for sales orders and projects
- Package and label inventory for shipments
- Count and verify stock levels; investigate and resolve discrepancies in partnership with the Inventory Coordinator
- Ability to rapidly shift priorities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse floor and the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flow
- Operate a forklift for material handling
- Receive shipments; confirm quantities against purchase orders
- Perform QC inspections on incoming stock
- Assist the Operations Manager with warehouse scheduling and reporting as needed
- Assist with small parts assembly / light machine work
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and help enforce safety procedures
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as needed

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
