Job Summary

Responsible for managing order processing, customer requests, and transactional coordination. Supports resolution of complaints, returns, and operational issues while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Job Description
- Collaborate with customer-facing commercial units and internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Create and manage customer orders, including delivery date review and product availability checks
- Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfers
- Manage product returns, including seasonal items and empty containers
- Respond to customer and team requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Handle order entry, adjustments, scheduling, product availability, and delivery issues
- Investigate, resolve, document, and communicate customer complaints and errors
- Participate in process improvement projects

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Or equivalent operational experience in Order Management or Logistics

Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $16.68 to $24.68 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
