Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to support the daily operations of our remote project site located in Saskatchewan on a 1 week in 1 week out schedule. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative functions, including logistics coordination, document management, and site support services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site personnel, including flights and accommodation.
- Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, rosters, and personnel files.
- Provide administrative support to site management and project teams.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and site consumables.
- Liaise with head office for payroll & HR related matters.
- Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and assist with incident reporting.
- Support onboarding of new staff and contractors, including inductions and compliance checks.
- Assist with reporting and data entry for project tracking and performance metrics.
- Preparation of expense reports

- Adhere to all corporate and project policy, processes and procedures.
- Stay up to date on training as per corporate safety & cyber security programs.
- Perform other projects and/or duties as directed by the Office Manager or Project Manager.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a FIFO or remote site environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and site management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to a drug/alcohol screening.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of CA$ 65,000 -CA$ 80,000
