Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and perform medication verification
- Provide patient counselling and medication management services
- Support clinical initiatives and pharmacy patient-care programs
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based pharmacy environment
