<Responsibilities>
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar booking systems to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using toast
- Ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Assist with food running, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
<Qualifications>
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or hospitality roles is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures.
