Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Forestry, or a relevant field.
5+ years of management experience with a successful track record of influencing others and delivering results.
Strong safety leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Agile mindset, adaptable to change and capable of leading organizational transformation.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in manufacturing and operational environments.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for business needs.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and operational problem-solving.
