Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and maintenance procedures.
- Keep detailed records of work performed for each service call.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for customer interactions.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Experience with boiler systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction or plumbing is advantageous.
