Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for lawyers recently called to the bar to develop their litigation skills within a dynamic and supportive legal environment. The Junior Litigation Lawyer will support senior counsel in managing files, including drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, correspondence, and settlement documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing evidence, preparing court materials, and assisting with examinations for discovery, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- Recent call to the bar with 1 year or less of experience;
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario (member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario);
- A strong foundation of legal principles;
- Ability to analyze legal issues and apply relevant statutes, case law, and regulations;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple files, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
