This position requires an experienced health care leader with both strategic and operational experience in a health care environment. Strong knowledge of or work experience in fee for service or third party funded programs is preferred. The candidate is a regulated health care professional with a Master’s Degree in a relevant Clinical, Healthcare, or Business discipline from a recognized institution. This position requires a minimum of three to five years of progressive management experience in a health care setting including unionized environments. Clinical experience in mental health, and/or concurrent disorders treatment is preferred. You have a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate on programming and program delivery and extensive healthcare experience, with a strong focus on implementation of evidence based practices, outcomes and performance. You have experience delivering programs through effective partnerships with other health care organizations. You will also possess strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with an awareness of professional roles and functions of diverse disciplines within integrated clinical teams, and can effectively liaise with external programs and agencies.
You demonstrate a commitment to safety of both staff and clients. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and communities is essential. You have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). In addition, you possess excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
Executive Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $147,698.95 – $184,623.68 per year. (based on leadership experience, qualifications, and organizational needs)
Full Salary Range: $147,698.95 – $221,548.42 per year (reflecting progressive growth and leadership tenure within the organization)
