The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This role is essential as we continue modernizing our operations with a new back-office system. You will provide vital support to our office staff through data entry, customer communications, and general administrative tasks in a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records in our systems
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and scheduling
- Assist with the on-going transition to our new back-office system (data support, process assistance, and testing)
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support efficient office operations and take on additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes during our modernization
- Previous administrative, data entry, or customer service experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a supportive team environment
